What we collect

When you use the contact or request forms on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, city, the type of service you need, and any message you include. We also record the page the request came from and basic technical information (such as browser type) to help prevent spam.

If you use the chat widget on this site, the conversation and any contact details you share in it are processed by our messaging provider (LeadConnector) so we can respond to you and, if you opt in, enroll you in the SMS program described below.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your service request, provide septic service, and — if you opt in — send the text and call messages described under Text messaging. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

A&P Grease Trappers, including Ability Septic, offers an SMS program. If you opt in through our chat widget or another form that requests SMS consent, you authorize A&P Grease Trappers to text and/or call the number you provide for informational, transactional, and promotional messages about our services, including by automated means. How long we keep it

Website service requests are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Records related to work we actually perform for you are kept as part of your customer file.
